Speaking Gig at EPIC 2016

Recently, we had the distinct privilege of presenting a Case Study at EPIC2016 - the annual international gathering of business ethnographers. We were hosted by the Carson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Bad Babysitter's case study on Plus Fashion was selected by blind peer review. We demonstrated a clear connection between ethnographic findings and business impact. Give us a shout, we'd be happy to share the work.
